A Level results ... Councillor John Howson congratulates students
Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Children, Education and Young People’s Services, Councillor John Howson, has congratulated students receiving their A Level , BTec (Level 3) and T level results today.
He said: “As always, results day is one of mixed emotions, from triumphs over adversity to surprises and in some cases disappointments.
“I know that some students will have decided their next steps. For others, it will be a time of reflection, considering options or adjusting their plans.
“Luckily, there are so many choices available, from continuing in education to beginning work, or learning a career on an apprenticeship or other training programme. Excellent support is available through a number of services that offer help for young people.
“Again, congratulations, and also thank you to dedicated parents and the staff who have taught, coached and mentored our students during their time in Oxfordshire’s schools and colleges.”
