Fix in place: Setting up external bursars in IBC self-service
There was an issue with the ‘Create external position’ form in the IBC portal, which meant you could only set up external bursars by submitting an Office 356 form. The issue has now been fixed , so you can go back to the original way of working and you don’t need to use the Office 365 form any longer.
