How to cancel DD payments to suppliers
When the relationship with a supplier ends the supplier should cancel the DD.
As an extra security step, you can cancel a DD paid from your LEBA via Commercial Banking Online (CBO), the online banking platform provided by Lloyds Bank.
To request access to this role, complete the 'CBO Request Direct Debit role' section of the CBO online form.
The role allows you to view all current DDs and the payment dates.
