Course summary
Governor visits form a useful part of the wider governor monitoring process, allowing boards to know and understand their school's strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate their improvement plans' impact. Visits also allow the abstract information from a board meeting to have a specific context as governors begin to know their schools better.
