Raising orders and making payments
Purchase orders should be created for all goods and services before they’re delivered and before suppliers send you an invoice. If there’s no purchase order, the invoice won’t be paid.
If you receive a VAT-only invoice, please scan and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org to be paid.
