The Design and Construction Team incorporates designers, project managers, engineers, construction managers, supply chain experts and safety professionals into a single delivery-focussed construction team. This promotes a coordinated approach to managing both the tactical and operational delivery of construction and maintenance work from initial brief through to final defects clearance.

Food & More is Oxfordshire’s leading provider of contract catering and support to the education sector preparing around 1400 freshly cooked, nutritious meals for Oxfordshire school children each day.

ICT Services - Sophos Anti-Virus
Your current license for SOPHOS with Oxfordshire County Council runs out at the end of March.
It is important that you make alternative arrangements by 31 March 2017
The basic Sophos package is available from Phoenix through the South West Grid for Learning (SWGFL) @ £3.45 per device providing protection for 3 years; multiplied by the number of devices you need covering. By going direct to the supplier, provision can be made for additional features school by school.
ICT Services - OCN Connection
The OCN is a private dedicated network that delivers secure broadband into schools.
Through access to the OCN, users can gain access to the Internet, to the National Education Network (NEN) and to the County Council’s Corporate and Schools Intranet.
The OCN is being decommissioned during 2013 and this service will only be available to maintained schools from 1st April 2013 till 31st December 2013.
Schools will need to arrange an alternative broadband supplier at some point during the period from April to December.
ICT Services - Internet Web Filtering (Netsweeper)
ICT Services provide a Web Security solution using one of the industry’s most favoured educational solutions against modern threats. Internet pages are filtered for inappropriate content and this includes internet sites, unsuitable images and inappropriate language.
Education Personnel Services
This service is provided to maintained schools through our partnership with Hampshire County Council, and must be taken with IBC HR and Finance Services and Education Finance Services.
The service is available to academies as a stand-alone service direct from Hampshire County Council.
Education Personnel Services provides headteachers and governors in schools with advice and support to manage staff effectively to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.

Occupational Health
The service is dedicated to promoting and maintaining the health, and well-being of all employees at work. It provides medical advice to headteacher’s, managers and employees to assist and support attendance at work.
Employee Assistance Programme
The Employee Assistance Programme is provided through PAM assist. It is a confidential support service provided to employees and those living in their households. The service is staffed by experienced and professional advisors who are there 24 hours a day to answer you or your employee’s call. It provides access to clinical and professional expertise which gives a chance to talk about all kinds of work and personal issues.
