Schools have access to a number of systems. For details on password resets and guidance notes please click on the links below:
RAISEonline
RAISEonline gives a common set of data that schools, Ofsted inspectors, School Improvement Partners & the Local Authority can access. Governors should also have access to this data through the Headteacher.
The OCC Performance & Information Team is unable to provide or reset passwords for RAISEonline.
RAISEonline can be accessed at: https://www.raiseonline.org. For the School Admin password resets click on “Forgotten your password?”. If you do not have the details required to complete the forgotten password form then email enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk and include:
- Your job title
- Name and full address of your school
- Unique reference number (URN)
- DfE number
- Headteacher's email address with your email.
Secure Access
The Secure Access Portal allows registered users access to the Department for Education's systems which include:
- S2S
- COLLECT
- Key to Success
Secure Access can be accessed at: https://sa.education.gov.uk/idp/Authn/UserPassword
The OCC Performance & Information Team is unable to provide or reset passwords for Secure Access.
As of December 2013 each school has one 'Approver' account for Secure Access. This account allows for the creation of other standard accounts within schools and academies. The Approver can add, edit, remove accounts and reset passwords for their school and can control access to s2s, KtS and COLLECT (where applicable).
COLLECT Access is no longer managed by the DfE's EDD Helpdesk, however should the Approver need a password reset they must use the “Forgotten Username or Password” link or complete the DfE's Secure Access Service Request form to gain access to the site.
