Online banking

Commercial Banking Online (CBO) is the online banking platform provided by Lloyds Bank

The platform allows schools to view and download statements for their Local Expenditure Bank Accounts (LEBA) and Direct Credit Income Accounts (DCI).

If you have a technical issue with your CBO account, you should contact Lloyds CBO support desk: 0808 202 1390

For locked accounts, password resets etc you should use the form below. 

When contacting Lloyds you will require the client ID – 37037507 – and your six digit telephony PIN, which you set when you originally signed into CBO.


For security purposes, and because we pay Lloyds per CBO user, it is extremely important that access to CBO is removed when staff leave their post. Please use the form below to notify of any leavers and the Finance Helpdesk will remove their access.
