ICT Services - Web Email Support (Office 365)

The Schools’ ICT Support Team provides support for the Office 365 Web Email. The service is offered to both maintained schools and academies.

Subscription to the Office 365 Web Email Support Service offers all schools and academies access to a range of services to give schools the reassurance that their email system is being managed and maintained safely and securely. Schools will have peace of mind that there is someone to help with the administration of user accounts and when a problem occurs.

We can help your school with:

  • Creation of accounts
  • Deletion of accounts
  • Modify accounts (change of user name)
  • Creation of account aliases
  • Re setting passwords
  • Resolve user interface and feature issues
  • Provide a mail box recovery service
  • Resolve questions and provide guidance on the Office365 Web interface and features.
  • Resolve queries relating to your Office365 Web Email through our Service Desk 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
  • Escalate issues to Microsoft on your behalf where the issue cannot be resolved easily.
