Following the upgrade

You'll still use the same tools - the IBC portal and Employee Self Service - and the way you use them won’t change much, but the new system will allow for future improvements.

Actions needed now

  • Update the IBC with any actions taken while the system was unavailable, forr example if you carried out any banking, you must complete the ‘Record Local Banking’ record.
  • Keep on top of any actions in your IBC ‘My Inbox’.

Reporting

Reporting won’t be fully up to date until 6 October as the data is still refreshing after the upgrade. We recommend you avoid using reports until Monday 6 October.

Help and support

The way you use the system remains largely the same. Where there are noticeable differences the IBC guidance pages have been updated, so check them out in the first instance.

If the guidance doesn’t answer your question, IBC advisors are ready to support you through webchat or an IBC enquiry form.

Did you know?

We recommend accessing IBC systems through Microsoft Edge browser.

If you have an issues accessing the IBC, we always recommend you clear your cache (docx format, 19 KB) and try the process again before contacting the IBC.
