The training will focus upon the importance of reflection and self-reflection within supervision

This training will take place on 27 November 2018 between 9.30am - 4.30pm and will cost £50 per delegate, with lunch and resources included.
St Gregory the Great Primary school will act as host and the training will be delivered by Changepoint Training and Development.

The training will focus upon the importance of reflection and self-reflection within the supervision process, building on the work of Morrison and Wonnacott to develop management, support, mediation and development to maintain and grow the health and security of school staff. The aim of the training is to enable key staff to deliver meaningful supervision that is both active and reflective, to create a space for satisfying professional conversation and support staff to feel heard and valued.

We have 10 spaces left on the course and would like to invite those interested to contact a.edwards-day@dbmac.org.uk directly to book a space.
