The deadline date for all attainment collections – Early Years Foundation Stage Profile, Phonics, key Stage 1 and key stage 2 – is Thursday 28 June.
This deadline is subject to changes made by the Department for Education (DfE).
Key Stage 2 (KS2)
You must submit teacher assessments directly to the Standards and Testing Agency (STA) via the NCA tools website. We advise that KS2 teacher assessment data is uploaded to the site prior to the deadline to avoid problems with overloading the website, and also provide time to correct any potential errors in the data before the deadline date.
You need to ensure the data for your school is uploaded, error free, by 28 June to ensure your data is included in the initial release of results in the RAISEonline replacement service – ASP.
EYFSP, Phonics and Key Stage 1 (KS1)
You must submit your teacher assessments to the local authority via S2S – as in previous years.
EYFSP, Phonics and KS1 teacher assessments should be submitted via S2S, as in previous years. KS2 data should be submitted directly to the STA.
Assessment and Reporting Arrangements (ARA) documents for all key stages are available on the DfE website, or can be downloaded from the Performance & Information Team intranet site.
The data that you submit by 28 June will form the basis of our traded offer to schools. If you would like to receive an Early Autumn Data Pack for your school, please complete the buy-back form. We will accept forms for the performance buy-back beyond the 30 March deadline stated on the site.
