IBC availability over Christmas and New Year

Some systems will be unavailable over the festive period

Please be aware that as part of work to make it easier to navigate and self serve via the IBC Portal, for HR, finance and shopping tasks, it will not be possible to access a number of systems, for a short while, over the Christmas and New Year period - while we implement these improvements.

The following systems will be unavailable between 5pm on Thursday 21 December 2017, and 7am on Tuesday 2 January 2018:

  • ESS Lite
  • IBC Portal
  • Forecasting (BPC) and Reporting (BW)
  • PREMIS (Hampshire County Council only)
  • Legacy portal (for Test Valley Borough Council)
  • Legacy portal (for cheque book schools)
  • Supplier Self-Service portal

A limited telephone service will be available for T-Payments and Recruitment queries.

The ‘my enquiry’ app will also unavailable between 5pm on Friday 15 December, and 3pm on Saturday 16 December (the rest of ESS Lite will be available during this time).
