Current legislation requires Oxfordshire County Council as a policyholder to supply the individual details of every vehicle that you operate or are responsible for. In the UK, the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) holds details of the insurance arrangements in place for every vehicle on our roads, making it possible to identify the insurer liable to meet a claim from the registration mark of the vehicle.
Please use this form to inform us immediately of any changes, additions or deletions to your vehicle list, this form should also be used for any hired vehicles.
Please note that it is our legal obligation to notify our insurers within 21 days about any changes to the policy schedule. Please also be aware that penalty charges from DVLA may apply for late updates of the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB)
